Dr. Jason E. Barker, ND
Jason is a fifth generation Coloradan and a Fort Collins naturopathic doctor. He grew up skiing, climbing, running and mountain biking along the Front Range and in the Rocky Mountains. Additionally he has worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) on the Copper Mountain ski patrol in Colorado after earning his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Medicine, with a Minor in Anatomy and Neurobiology from Colorado State University.
He completed his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. Following completion of medical school, he spent an additional two years in a residency program at the National College of Natural Medicine’s Family Practice Residency program in Portland, Oregon.
Following his residency, he completed additional postdoctoral training at Oregon Health & Science University earning a Certificate in Clinical Research and as a junior investigator at Helfgott Research Institute. He now serves as a clinical consultant to the nutraceutical and sports medicine industry.
He has authored numerous articles for the journals Alternative and Complementary Therapies, Natural Pharmacy and The Townsend Letter, and is the co-author of the book “Herbs and Nutrients for the Mind: A Guide to Natural Brain Enhancers”.
He also lectures internationally on natural medicines, and has been interviewed on radio programs across the country. He is available for medical services such as at sporting events, and consulting to the nutraceutical and sports medicine industries for natural product creation and education, and proactive health classes for schools, businesses, sports teams, and sports store clinics.
Currently, he is a recreational competitive cyclist and triathlete, with a focus on half and full Ironman distance races. When not training he enjoys spending time with his family and running around in the Rocky Mountains.

Dr. Holly German has worked with hundreds of patients over the last 8 years of clinical practice to help them overcome major health issues, bring about improved energy, strength and peace of mind.
One of her main specialties is in women’s health. Her patients often seek her help because they’ve been frustrated with standard medical care, and are seeking therapies that are more aligned with natural health.
Dr. German uses a powerful combination of natural healing therapies along with modern medical wisdom to help her patients achieve greater health and end their suffering.
She establishes a unique partnership with each of her patients in order to develop and sustain an effective holistic partnership. Dr. German empowers and educates her patients to lead healthier and more fulfilling lifestyles, so that they may achieve and maintain optimum health.

Dr. German obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M and earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (SCNM).
A passionate teacher, she’s a former adjunct faculty member at Five Branches University in California. She co-founded the popular Thrive Natural Medicine clinic in Santa Cruz, California before moving back to Fort Collins, Colorado in order to be closer to family.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. German is the co-host of the YouTube cooking video series “Nutritious Delicious” and is a guest on the informative wellness radio show “Better Beyond 50”. She’s also available as a speaker focusing on how to achieve optimum health and vitality using natural and conventional therapies.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. German is passionate about enjoying all that nature has to offer with her family and friends.
